How long does it take to receive a product?
Orders placed via the Standard Shipping option take approximately 3-5 days for the UK. We also have an Express Delivery option that can help reduce delivery times significantly but at an additional cost.
International orders can take up to 3-10 workings days but this can vary depending on the destination country.
How can I get sponsored?

Do your grips fit on all controllers?
Yes! Our grips fit most custom controllers and a wide variety of others, including controllers for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and the newest range of next-gen controllers including the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. How can I enter a discount code?
In order for you to enter a discount code you must select the product you would like to purchase, click 'Add to cart' and then 'Proceed to Checkout'. Once done, you will be able to enter your discount code on the right side of the page.
How can I change the currency?
To change the currency simply visit the top-right corner of our website, click 'GBP' and select the currency you wish to use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept many payment methods such as Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bitcoin.
Can grips be removed or re-positioned?
Yes! This does not cause any damage to your controller's analog sticks.
What are your shipping prices?

How much do I earn per sale as a member of the sponsorship program?
You will earn 10% from every sale you make as our sponsor.
How much percentage is my discount code?
All codes come with a 10% discount. This is our company standard and is the same for everyone.
How can we track sales?
If you wish to track your sales, you can simply log in to your sponsorship dashboard, there you will see the analytics for your account. You can check your dashboard out here: https://fatalgrips.com/pages/sponsorships
Can I change the discount code?
If you want to change the discount code, please send us an email at sponsorships@fatalgrips.com, your current discount code and the new code you want. Please make sure that the requested code hasn’t already been taken already. To check, you can simply enter the discount code on the check page of our website. If you are prompted with a message saying its invalid, then this means that code is available for you to use.
I forgot my password to sponsorship login?

How can we host giveaways with Fatal Grips?
For custom giveaways, you will have to first be eligible, and this depends on your sales performance and social media promotion. If you meet our requirements, we will reach out to you with information about personalized giveaways for your fans. This is usually at 10 sales from your affiliate code.
How will I receive my free merchandise every 4 sales with my code?
After you have successfully reached 4 sales with your code, we will contact you via email. You will be asked to fill a form which will include details like your shipping address, your t-shirt size and your preferred gaming console of choice. Once the form has been completed, we will confirm the products and ship them to you as soon as possible.
How can we join the partner program?
The process for joining our partner program is quite simple. If you have a minimum of 30,000 subscribers/followers across all platforms (with some exceptions for our affiliate sponsors), you can head over to our post here: https://fatalgrips.com/pages/partnership for more information on the application process.
How do I get paid?
You have the option of claiming your payment through PayPal or as store credit on our website. The minimum value you can withdraw is £5.00.
What if I want to cancel the sponsorship?
If you wish to cancel the sponsorship, you can simply send us an email at sponsorships@fatalgrips.com with your active discount code, and request to leave the sponsorship. We will deactivate your account with your discount code within the next 48 hours.
