Delivery And Dispatch

 

Waiting for a product after placing an order for it online can be quite exasperating as you don’t really know when you’re going to get the order. To put an end to this, we make sure to deliver our products to our customers as soon as possible. We make this possible by shipping products out on the same day the orders are placed, but this is only possible if the orders are placed before 2 pm from Monday to Friday. If placed after 2 pm, do not worry. We will make sure to ship your order the very next working day. For example, orders placed on Monday evening will be shipped on Tuesday, or orders placed on Friday evening will be dispatched on Monday morning.

United Kingdom

Standard: Free (No minimum order) (3-5 working days)

Express: £4.95 (1-2 working days)  

International 

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: £9.45 (3-10 working days)

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: Free on orders above £50 (3-10 working days)  

 

If, due to unforeseen events, your order has not reached you by the delivery date mentioned above, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will do everything in our power to see that the product gets to you as soon as possible. That said, to speeds things up a bit, we advise you to check your local postal or courier depot and see if your parcel is waiting for you there. If not, check that no calling cards or notes are left behind (due to failed delivery attempts). In case there are none, contact your local depot for more information.

Here at Fatal Grips, we believe in complete user satisfaction, and that is only possible if our customers get the best possible experience. That said, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, don't worry. We are here to help change that. 

 

If you aren't satisfied with the quality of your order or have a change of mind, we have a 14-day, hassle-free refund policy that you can avail to return the product back to us. However, this will only be possible if the product your order is in the same condition that it came in, as in it should be unused. 

 

However, since shipping costs are non-refundable, buyers will have to pay for the return postage unless the item received is faulty or defective. In that case, it's on us! Otherwise, please ensure all returned items are sent via a tracked service, which will help us better facilitate the issue at hand.

 

We will NOT accept a return if,


- The item has been opened, or the seal has been broken
- The item has been visibly used or worn
- The item is marked or is dirty in any way.
- The packaging has been lost, thrown away, or damaged.
- The item has been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- Over the 14 day returns period

 

In the rare, unfortunate event the product you received is damaged or faulty, we have you covered! First of all, we are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience caused. To help remedy this, you can contact us via our website. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to start the returns process. 

 

However, before starting the return process, it is advised that you make sure the product is, in fact, faulty. If our team confirms it was not defective, we may charge you a small postage charge. If it is defective, we will initiate a refund back to you as soon as possible. All refunds are processed back onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refunds to get processed.
