If you aren't satisfied with the quality of your order or have a change of mind, we have a 14-day, hassle-free refund policy that you can avail to return the product back to us. However, this will only be possible if the product your order is in the same condition that it came in, as in it should be unused.
However, since shipping costs are non-refundable, buyers will have to pay for the return postage unless the item received is faulty or defective. In that case, it's on us! Otherwise, please ensure all returned items are sent via a tracked service, which will help us better facilitate the issue at hand.
We will NOT accept a return if,
- The item has been opened, or the seal has been broken
- The item has been visibly used or worn
- The item is marked or is dirty in any way.
- The packaging has been lost, thrown away, or damaged.
- The item has been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- Over the 14 day returns period
In the rare, unfortunate event the product you received is damaged or faulty, we have you covered! First of all, we are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience caused. To help remedy this, you can contact us via our website. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to start the returns process.
However, before starting the return process, it is advised that you make sure the product is, in fact, faulty. If our team confirms it was not defective, we may charge you a small postage charge. If it is defective, we will initiate a refund back to you as soon as possible. All refunds are processed back onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refunds to get processed.
