Delivery And Dispatch
Waiting for a product after placing an order for it online can be quite exasperating as you don’t
really know when you’re going to get the order. To put an end to this, we make sure to deliver our
products to our customers as soon as possible. We make this possible by shipping products out on
the same day the orders are placed, but this is only possible if the orders are placed before 2 pm
from Monday to Friday. If placed after 2 pm, do not worry. We will make sure to ship your order the
very next working day. For example, orders placed on Monday evening will be shipped on Tuesday,
or orders placed on Friday evening will be dispatched on Monday morning.

Standard: Free (No minimum order) (3-5 working days)
Express: £4.95 (1-2 working days)
International
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: £9.45 (3-10 working days)
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: Free on orders above £50 (3-10 working days)
If, due to unforeseen events, your order has not reached you by the delivery date mentioned above,
we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will do everything in our power to see that the
product gets to you as soon as possible. That said, to speeds things up a bit, we advise you to check
your local postal or courier depot and see if your parcel is waiting for you there. If not, check that no
calling cards or notes are left behind (due to failed delivery attempts). In case there are none,
contact your local depot for more information.
